of total export value of the country. The MSME export value slightly increased from 2018 by 0.77%,
higher than the total export value of the country, which shown contractions by 5.93%.
The MSME import value was 1,279,677.01 million baht, accounting for 17.21% of the total import value.
It declined from 2018 by 2.25%, whereas total import value of the country deflated by 7.77%.
Three major export markets of MSME in Thailand were China, the United States, and Japan.
The total export value of 3 countries was 338,888.32 million baht, with export contributions of
14.85%, 9.67%, and 8.58% respectively.
Three major import markets of MSME in Thailand were China, Japan and the United States.
The total import value of three countries was 664,540.19 billion baht, with import contributions of
32.50%, 13.89%, and 5.53% respectively.
The highest ratio of MSME export were precious stone and jewelry under HS Code 71,
sugar and confectionery under HS Code 17, and machinery, computer, and appliance
under HS Code 84. The total MSME export by product classification were 13.47%, 8.01%,
and 7.43% respectively. Export of products under HS Code 71 declined by 8.28%,
and products under HS Code 17 and 84 also dropped by 0.69%, and 9.66% respectively.
The highest representations of MSME import ratio were machinery, computer, and appliance
under HS Code 84, electrical machinery and equipment under HS Code 85, and precious stones
and jewelry under HS Code 71. The contributions of total MSME import by product classification
were 15.11%, 13.92%, and 9.47% respectively. Import of products under HS Code 84
declined from 2018 by 7.21%, and products under HS Code 85 and 71 also dropped by 4.85%
and 20.33% respectively.
