OSMEP carries fundamental duties in formulating Thailand’s SME Master Plans and Action Plans,
as well as in pushing forward implementation schemes under the Action Plans and monitoring their
operational results. Accordingly, one of OSMEP’s major tasks is to study Thailand’s SME situations and
annually prepare Thailand’s MSME White Paper to be disseminated among governmental
and private agencies, entrepreneurs, and the general public for referential purpose.
